Public health officials in the U.K. have identified two more “areas of intervention” following a recent spike in the number of COVID-19 cases. Luton, a town 30 miles north of London, and Lancashire towns Blackburn and Darwen in north-west England have both reached the highest level on the COVID-19 watchlist.
