In late March, Pfizer released preliminary results from a vaccine study of 2,260 U.S. volunteers age 12 to 15 showing there were no cases of COVID-19 among fully vaccinated adolescents compares with 18 among those given dummy shots. The vaccine was previously authorized for anyone 16 or older. The FDA is expected to authorize Pfizer’s vaccine for young people by next week, setting up shots for many before the beginning of the next school year, according to the Associated Press....

The Securities and Exchange Commission filed an insider trading suit on Thursday, naming the golfer as a relief defendant in the case. According to the suit, Mickelson received tips from sports gambler William “Billy” Walters, who is close friends with Dean Foods chairman Thomas Davis. The suit claims “Mickelson had placed bets with Walters both before and after July 2012 and owed Walters money” when Walters called Mickelson to discuss Dean Foods....

After learning Woods would return to play in three events this fall, Mickelson, who is also playing the Safeway Open, commented on getting the 14-time major championship winner back on Tour. Philadelphia has agreed to host the 2017 draft, according to Philly.com, which says the city has committed $5 million toward the three-day event. U.S. Rep. Bob Brady, D-Pa., told Philly.com he spoke with Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney, who broke the news to him. Neither the city or the NFL has confirmed the report. Police have launched an investigation into the fire at a property in that which saw a garage, trucks and a trailer—covered with two large Trump flags—set alight early on Wednesday morning in the city of Brooklyn Center, close to Minneapolis. The garage suffered substantial damage but the main house was only partially impacted and no injuries were reported. Denis and Deana Molla, who own the property, said they found graffiti daubed on their garage reading “Biden 2020” and “BLM”—short for Black Lives Matter—alongside an anarchist symbol....
