According to an arrest affidavit, Monfort first told police that he had two beers and wouldn't be under the legal limit of 0.08. But then he said he had more than two. Joshua David Richards, of Villa Rica, was convicted in the Carroll County’s Superior Court on Wednesday after pleading guilty to 2nd degree murder and cruelty to children of the 1st Degree. The New York Police Department responded to a report about a suspicious device in a vehicle at the Queens Place Mall in the Elmhurst neighborhood at around 8:30 a.m. on Monday. The mall was evacuated and police sealed off several blocks as a bomb unit was called in to investigate the vehicle and determine whether or not it contained explosives. The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office said that a group of as many as 10 armed and masked robbers entered Kenwood Towne Centre in Kenwood, Ohio, on Wednesday afternoon and pushed past employees at the luxury store before stealing “every item on the showroom floor,” according to Fox affiliate WXIX.
