The Phoenix upgrades represent the first major renovation of an International Speedway Corp. facility since the $400 million Daytona Rising project. Some features such as the two new sponsor-driven gate entrances in Phoenix are similar to improvements at Daytona International Speedway. ISC shared details and renderings exclusively with SportsBusiness Journal in advance of Monday’s news conference unveiling the project. Construction starts in February and will be completed in November 2018....
