Iverson, accused of stealing two Nike Dri-fit biceps bands valued at $8 each, was tentatively identified via video surveillance footage because he was wearing a UND jersey that a store employee then cross-checked against the team picture, according to a probable-cause affidavit.

Iverson — a junior who wore No. 28 and appeared in all 12 games for UND in 2014 — is scheduled to make his next court appearance Oct. 2 on the Class B misdemeanor charge.
