These exclusive Pokemon will only be available in those particular versions, which makes trading between Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet players extremely important. Or, if you don’t want to trade with other people, you can always just get the double pack for the game and play through both. Either way, knowing which exclusives are available for which game will come in very handy when deciding which version to buy.
So, if you’ve been curious to learn more about the differences between Scarlet and Violet, here is a quick look at all the confirmed exclusive Pokemon we know of so far. Keep in mind that this list may grow in the future, and it will be updated whenever new exclusives are discovered.
All Exclusive Pokemon in ‘Pokemon Scarlet’
One of the biggest differences between Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet is that the former takes a more past-like approach to its world and Pokemon. As such, many of the exclusive Pokemon here are evolutions and forms of other Pokemon, but with a bit of a twist. Here’s the list:

While Koraidon is one of the Legendary Pokemon you can expect to find in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, it’s also one of the biggest exclusives to Pokemon Scarlet. This Pokemon will act as both a companion and a mount as you explore the Paldea region’s various biomes and areas.
The list, so far, is only made up of a few exclusives, but as noted above, it is expected to grow once players jump into Pokemon Scarlet and Violet at release on November 18. Until that time comes, though, all fans have to go off of are the Pokemon that Nintendo has announced, and any that may have been shared in leaks.
Of course, though, leaks are not confirmed by the developers, which means they could have some incorrect information, so make sure to take it all with a grain of salt when looking into leaked info about the upcoming Pokemon games.
