The early morning incident took place July 5 in Santa Ana, Calif. According to the Associated Press, the California Highway Patrol recommended to the Orange County Prosecutor that Rodman faces charges.

Reports say a BMW narrowly averted a head-on collision with a SUV traveling north in a southbound lane. The BMW crashed into the center divider.
