Potential No. 1 Draft Pick Cal Quantrill To Undergo Tommy John Surgery

The sophomore and son of former big-league pitcher Paul Quantrill, was 2-0 with a 1.93 ERA before missing his scheduled start against Texas on March 8.

Last season, Quantrill was 7-5 with a 2.68 ERA, leading the team in strikeouts with 98 en route to being named the Pac-12 Freshman of the Year.
