The winning numbers for the draw were 07-09-26-44-68 with a Powerball of 03. There was also a Power Play of 3X, tripling the amount of money awarded to all non-jackpot winning tickets for those who paid an additional $1.

According to Powerball, there were no winners from the draw, meaning the money will be rolled over to the next drawing which will take place on Sunday, July 14. The jackpot for the next draw now stands at an estimated $194 million, with a cash value of $128.1 million.

One person did manage to match up five white balls numbered between one to 69 without matching the red Powerball numbered from one to 26, meaning they have won a $1 million prize after not purchasing a Power Play ticket.

According to Powerball, the odds of correctly choosing all five white balls and the one red Power Ball is around one in 1 in 292,201,338.

Elsewhere, one Kentucky resident is celebrating after claiming a $1 million Powerball jackpot more than six months after the December 29, 2018 draw took place.

The Sedgwick County resident, who did not want to be named, correctly chose the winning numbers 12-42-51-53-62 with a Powerball of 20 but was completely unaware they were in possession of the winning ticket for months.

“I buy Powerball, Mega Millions, and Super Kansas Cash twice a week so I usually wait a couple of weeks and scan them all at once,” the winner said. “The ticket just got caught in the mix of my receipt drawer and I saw it sitting there and pulled it out and looked at it and it said ‘12-29-2018’ so I thought ‘oh wow, I have to go scan this.’”

The winner said they plan on using the money to invest in their family’s future.

“I’m just excited. I do have a baby on the way and we’re going to buy a house,” the winner said. “I’m not going to go out and travel the world, I’m old enough to know that my kids need to be taken care of first before anything else.”

Last month, a Louisiana resident also celebrated after matching all five white ball numbers in the June 22 Powerball drawing.

“It’s been a stressful year,” Lala Singleton, of Baton Rouge, said after receiving the post-tax lump sum of $710,000. “It has just been one thing after another lately… but joy comes in the morning.”
