These are the words President Donald Trump spoke on August 14, 2017. President Trump has consistently and repeatedly condemned white supremacy, anti-Semitism and all forms of hate.

The president unequivocally condemned such bigotry four years ago in a presidential debate when Chris Wallace asked him about the issue. Then-candidate Trump stated, “I totally disavow the Ku Klux Klan. I totally disavow David Duke.”

President Trump has continued to condemn white supremacy, including during and after the 2020 debate with Wallace.

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, meanwhile, have fallen short on fighting hatred in general and anti-Semitism specifically.

Look no further than the endorsement that Biden accepted from EmgageUSA, an anti-Israel Muslim advocacy group.

EmgageUSA’s endorsement letter featured 42 signatories, including Democratic congresswoman Ilhan Omar, who has a long history of making anti-Semitic statements, and Minnesota attorney general Keith Ellison, who is known for discussing “Jewish slave traders” in college and supporting Louis Farrakhan.

Abdullah Hammoud, another one of the signatories, is a BDS supporter with whom Biden actually hosted a virtual watch party at the Democratic National Convention. Another signatory, Ibraheem Samirah, said that supporting Israel is worse than supporting the Ku Klux Klan.

And that’s not all. Joe Biden’s Democratic Party gave a platform to multiple anti-Israel speakers at its national convention, including Linda Sarsour. Sarsour previously spoke at a rally hosted by Louis Farrakhan, the anti-Semite who refers to Jewish people as “termites” and says he wants to “exterminate” our people.

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris also both met with Jacob Blake, Sr., despite his abundant anti-Semitic social media posts. Neither Biden nor Harris condemned or criticized the anti-Semitic statements.

President Trump, on the other hand, has fought forcefully against anti-Semitism, and his record speaks for itself. President Trump’s executive order on combatting anti-Semitism overall and on college campuses in particular has made Jewish students safer by giving them Title VI protections and ensured that all anti-Semitism is treated as a hate crime.

In contrast, today’s Democratic Party cannot even muster the votes to condemn Ilhan Omar when she trumpets vile anti-Semitic tropes, such as the disgusting claim that “Israel has hypnotized the world” or that Jews control politics through their money.

Even further, President Trump has been the greatest friend that Israel has ever had in the White House. President Trump fulfilled America’s promise to move our embassy to Jerusalem and recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, a decision with which Biden disagreed.

On the other hand, Joe Biden was one of the architects of the dangerous Iran nuclear deal that sent billions of dollars to the terrorist-supporting regime in Iran. President Trump wisely ripped up the terrible deal.

President Trump also recognized the Golan Heights as Israeli territory, defunded the Palestinian Authority and, in a momentous step toward peace in the Middle East, signed the historic Abraham Accords.

At the end of the day, this election represents a fork in the road for the Jewish community. We can support President Trump, who will continue to fight for Israel and against anti-Semitism. Alternatively, Jewish Americans can support Joe Biden, who has a history of anti-Israel policies and consistently neglects to call out and combat anti-Semitism.

The Trump administration treats Israel like a true ally, and calls out anti-Semitism for what it is: bigotry and a hate crime that must be defeated.

I strongly urge you to vote for four more years of President Trump.
